- Your computer needs certain vital information to send and recieve e-mail.
- Your E-mail Address, which is your "username@nwtec.com".
- The POP3 server name so you can receive e-mail.
- The SMTP server name so you can send e-mail.
- The username and password of your e-mail account at Northwest Technical.
- NOTE: If you have only one e-mail account, the dialup account username and password will be the same
as your e-mail account username and password.
- Extra e-mail account usernames and passwords
it will be different than the dialup account username and password.
- Changing your e-mail generally means adding the new settings and deleting the old settings.
- How you change that information depends on the type of computer you have and which
e-mail program you use.
