- You use a dial-up network (DUN) adapter to connect to Northwest Technical and, through us,
the Internet. If you have done the
Account Setup and
Internet Configurations,
you should have a DUN adapter on your desktop named Northwest Technical.

- Double-click the DUN shortcut and click the "Connect" button to connect to
the Internet through Northwest Technical. Once you have connected
(the process may take a few minutes), you can use any and all Internet-related
programs, including Web browsers and e-mail clients.
